As the leasing manager for Real Estate Operations, Loci Zsuppan enjoys working with campus units to find off-campus spaces that will suit their business and research needs.

This semester, the Real Estate Operations team asked a group of Kenan-Flagler students to tackle a project on the University’s radar: how to transform a property owned by the University into affordable housing.

In early 2023 UNC-Chapel Hill launched a project to study housing affordability in and around the Town of Chapel Hill.
