As the leasing manager for Real Estate Operations, Loci Zsuppan enjoys working with campus units to find off-campus spaces that will suit their business and research needs.

This semester, the Real Estate Operations team asked a group of Kenan-Flagler students to tackle a project on the University’s radar: how to transform a property owned by the University into affordable housing.

Members of the University and local communities are invited to attend one of several upcoming information sessions to learn more about the opportunity for renewal and redevelopment of Porthole Alley.
